  • Drive strategic plans and tactical execution that align with business goals.
  • Implements and scales out standard processes on the teams while keeping a higher level of consistency by identifying/gathering any issues/bugs pre-release/QA.
  • Lead and mentor team members to reach their full potential.

  • 3+ years of technical leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of QA automation, release management or engineering experience.
  • Strong ownership and accountability to lead all aspects of the release process and quality.

  • Hands-on experience in delivering and maintaining the quality of large-scale, end-to-end (consumer-facing) apps/systems.
  • Passion for taking initiative and driving high-leverage solutions in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience managing technical trade-offs, strong sense of ownership, and execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to advocate and present to non-technical audiences, including leadership, in an easily digestible manner.
