Collaboration and Compliance

  • Interdepartmental Legal Support: Work directly with marketing, media buying, and PR teams to tailor provide tailored legal advice that supports business goals. Actively participate in strategy and creative sessions to offer real-time legal guidance.
  • Compliance and Security Oversight: Ensure business practices align with corporate policies, especially in vendor relations, data privacy, and financial operations. Lead initiatives to improve security protocols and compliance measures. Monitor and audit internal procedures regularly and address or raise any deviations in a timely manner.

Process Improvement

  • Resource Development and Management: Develop and update key legal resources, including contract templates, compliance playbooks, and training materials ensuring they reflect current laws and industry practices. Host and facilitate training to help business partners stay up to date and operate with current legal guidance.

We could be a match if:

  • You have at least four years of relevant legal experience, ideally from both top law firms and corporate legal departments.
  • You are detailed and accurate, known for providing clear, practical, and creative legal advice, with a strong attention to detail and willingness to engage with project specifics.
  • You excel in teamwork, displaying an ability to work seamlessly with both legal colleagues and cross-functional business teams.
  • You have exceptional fact-finding, drafting, negotiating, and researching skills, with detailed and effective written communication.
  • You have experience with marketing and technology law, and consumer protection, including by drafting and negotiating related contracts.
  • You have a proven grasp of privacy laws, intellectual property, digital and social media, and influencer endorsement regulations within the consumer internet sector.
