The Role:

As the Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be at the heartbeat of our office, creating a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere. Your role is crucial in nurturing an environment where every member of the Match Group feels valued and inspired, ensuring smooth daily operations at our London Office. This is a part-time, Three-day-a-week in-office position from 9 am-6 pm on a 6-month contract. Preferred days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

Responsibilities

  • Office Environment:
  • Act as the essential force in enhancing daily operations, playing a vital role in reopening and upkeeping our office to meet everyone's needs comprehensively
  • Vendor & Resource Management:
  • Manage on-site resources and vendors efficiently, covering aspects like office supplies, food, beverage, and mailroom services with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility.
  • Project & Event Support:
  • Lead projects focusing on office improvements and transitions.
  • Work with the culture manager to ensure that events are executed seamlessly, promoting an inclusive and engaging experience for all participants.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate across departments like The People Team, IT, and security, promoting a unified and innovative working environment.
  • Administrative Assistance:
  • Offer organized administrative support, covering meeting coordination, expense tracking, and effective communication pathways.
  • Guest/visitor experience Emergency / COVID / Safety Response (Creating office documents on fire safety, emergency) 
  • First Aid Training/Fire Warden Training a plus
