As humans, there are few things more exciting than meeting someone new. At Tinder, we’re on a mission to power and inspire real connections by making it easy and fun for every new generation of singles. With tens of millions of users, hundreds of millions of downloads, 2+ billion swipes per day, 20+ million matches per day, and a presence in 190+ countries, our reach is expansive—and rapidly growing. We work together to solve complex problems. Behind the simplicity of every match, we think deeply about human relationships, behavioral science, network economics, AI and ML, online and real-world safety, cultural nuances, loneliness, love, sex, and more.
As Creative Director you will develop and lead Tinder’s internal creative team, Tinder Studio. The Creative Director should have a deep understanding of brand and creative strategy, experience working deeply with product teams to improve the product experience, a proven ability to inspire and develop teams, and a collaborative, can-do attitude to work across a broad range of cross-functional partners.
Tinder Studio is a team of multi-disciplinary creatives, and acts as a partner across product and brand to deliver high-quality creative solutions, quickly and efficiently delivering work across many functions: Product Design, Product Marketing, CRM, Comms, Internal Branding, Brand Partnerships, and more. The Creative Director must also be able to juggle high work volumes for the team, prioritize high impact projects, and proactively find opportunities where the Studio team can own projects end to end that elevate creative work across the mix. Most importantly, the Creative Director is responsible for managing our creative point-of-view across product and marketing efforts and partners with both to maintain and elevate the brand in the product experience.
