5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives with an EMEA regional scope for a Global Brand, preferably in the direct to consumer tech industry
Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills
Discreet, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities independently
You have proven experience in office management, and are comfortable acting as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (or equivalent tools) and Workday, Slack, Docusign (or equivalent administrative and internal communication tools).
Proficiency in English (a second european language between French, German, Italian and/or Spanish is a plus)
